Directions to the Downtown Office

30 Garfield Place, Suite 750

            Parking is accessible and inexpensive. The office is located in the northern side of downtown.  Note that Garfield and Eighth are the same street and the building is known as the Cincinnati Club Building. You can often find parking on the street, but the best alternative is to park in the City of Cincinnati parking garage on Ninth Street.  The garage is directly behind and attached to the building. 

From I-75 North

Exit at Seventh Street (exit is on the right).  Seventh Street is a one way street.  Follow Seventh Street to Vine Street.  Turn left on Vine Street:

Garage parking:  Take Vine Street to Ninth Street.  Turn left.  The garage is directly on your left.  The entrance is the second driveway.  In the garage, you will see a door to a stairway on the South West corner of the building.  In the stairwell at 5A you will see a sign that says Cincinnati Club.  At 5A there is a keypad that provides you direct access to the building.  You will be on the third floor of the building. Take the elevator to our offices on the seventh floor.

Street or surface lot parking: Take Vine Street to Garfield Place (first street on your left at the statue of President Garfield.)  Turn left. The building is on the right side of the street.  There is a parking lot across the street at the North West corner of Garfield and Race or across the street at the South East corner of Garfield and Race..

From I-71 North

Exit at Gilbert/Reading.  Follow Gilbert, which will turn into Eighth Street. 

Garage parking:  Take Eight Street to Vine Street.  (you will see the Library)  Turn right.  At the next street (Ninth street) turn left., The garage is directly on your left.  The entrance is the second driveway.  You will see a stairway on the South West corner of the building.  At 5A you will see a sign that says Cincinnati Club.  In the stairwell at 5A there is a keypad that provides you direct access to the building.  You will be on the third floor of the building. Take the elevator to our offices on the seventh floor.

The office is located in the office park behind U.S. Bank Montgomery Rd, off of Hetz Rd.   Office of Slovin and Associates Suite 350.
